This collection offers access to digitized images, videos, and audio from various archives, including artist, photography, architecture, and scholar collections. It includes a wide range of digitized art history texts and journals, as well as a photo archive of 2 million images spanning from antiquity to the modern period. Full-text articles, photographs, e-books, and periodicals are available from several sources, including the HathiTrust Digital Library, The New York Times (1851-2003), the Los Angeles Times (1881-1990), and the International Index of Black Periodicals (IIBP). In addition, collections specific to Black life and culture include the African American Art History Initiative and the Lee Kaplan African American Visual Culture Collection.
